how to BOOK your on line training?
Each class lasts 50 minutes and consists of three phases: warm-up (stretching and mobility), main part (cardio, resistance, hip mobility and abdominal exercises) and cool down (stretching and breathing).

Every class last each personalised lesson lasts 50 minutes and costs 20 EUR and you can pay by Revolut , Bizum or by bank transfer.

On the day of the class we will send you a link, ideally you will need a computer, a good connection and a spacious place where you can train comfortably.
what´s u.natural method training ?
The U Natural Method is a physical and mental training programme designed to improve the performance of athletes, especially in surfing. This method is used by leading professional surfers, including Brazil's Filipe Toledo. Practicing this training before entering the water you will notice a greater range of mobility and agility in your surfing, you can also use it as a pre-workout before your surf trip so you can enjoy your sessions every day without injuries and with a good physical performance.
It is a combination of functional exercises that seek to improve strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, coordination and mobility, especially in the hips, which is a specific muscle group that is not often worked and one of the main mistakes in both surfing and skateboarding is an incorrect posture on the board due to the lack of mobility, which is fundamental for surfing.

Of course! U. Natural Method is a very fun workout that combines yoga, capoeira and even some jiu-jitsu moves. It is suitable for athletes, children and seniors with no age limit, the only limit is your mind !.
